Wellness Information: mood and emotional-state entries, journal entries, responses during conversations with the AI companion, wellness goals and preferences.

Therapist and Appointment Information: therapist preferences, appointment details, payment and transaction information related to bookings.

Technical Information: device type, OS, app version, IP address, logs, crash and performance data.

How We Use Your Information

To create and maintain your account; provide and personalize the Services; generate AI reflections and responses; facilitate therapist discovery and booking; process payments; provide support; detect fraud and security threats; comply with legal obligations; and send important service updates.

AI and Your Information

User interactions may be processed to generate responses, personalize your experience, and maintain conversation context. AI-generated responses are not a diagnosis or medical opinion.

Mental Health Information and Confidentiality

We treat mental-health-related information as highly sensitive and apply technical and organizational safeguards to protect it from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. Information may be disclosed where required by law or to prevent serious harm.

Sharing of Information

MYNDFE does not sell personal information. We may share it with service providers such as hosting, payments and support, to facilitate therapist appointments, to comply with law, or to protect users from serious harm.

Payments

Payments are processed by Cashfree Payments. MYNDFE does not store complete card, UPI, or banking credentials.

Our website and app may use cookies and similar technologies for authentication, security, analytics, and preferences.

Data Retention

We retain personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes it was collected, unless a longer period is required by law.

Security

We use encryption in transit, access controls, authentication controls, and regular security reviews. No digital service can guarantee absolute security.
