Welcome to MYNDFE, operated by MYNDFE Private Limited ("MYNDFE", "we", "us"). By accessing or using our website and mobile application (the "Services"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Description of Service

MYNDFE provides an AI-based emotional wellness companion (journaling, mood tracking, reflective conversations, guided exercises) and a marketplace to discover and book sessions with independent, licensed mental health professionals ("Therapists").

Eligibility

You must be legally capable of entering a binding contract under Indian law to use MYNDFE. If age-restricted features apply, appropriate parental or guardian consent is required.

Not a Medical Service

MYNDFE's AI companion is not a substitute for professional medical or psychiatric care and does not diagnose or treat any condition. If you are in crisis, contact emergency services immediately.

Account Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

Subscriptions and Payments

Certain features require a paid subscription. Payments are processed via our payment partner, Cashfree Payments. Subscription pricing, billing cycles, and renewal terms are displayed at the time of purchase. MYNDFE does not store your complete card, UPI, or banking credentials.

Therapist Marketplace

Therapists listed on MYNDFE are independent professionals, not employees of MYNDFE. They are solely responsible for their professional assessment, advice, diagnosis, and treatment. MYNDFE facilitates discovery and booking only, and charges a marketplace commission on sessions booked through the platform.

User Conduct

You agree not to harass or threaten other users or therapists; impersonate a healthcare professional; share another person's private information without consent; misuse the platform for illegal purposes; or attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the Services.

Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and software associated with MYNDFE are the property of MYNDFE Private Limited or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute any part of the Services without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

MYNDFE provides the Services on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MYNDFE is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Services, including reliance on AI-generated content or the conduct of independent therapists.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose a safety risk to others. You may stop using the Services and request account deletion at any time.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at [Confirm city].

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
